DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a round metal display plate having a surface layer of a transparent synthetic resin molded body for use in various decorative displays. Pattern t- consisting of letters, figures, colors, etc. on the surface
There are metal display plate products for various uses such as name plates of desired shapes and dimensions, badges, badges and other decorative parts that are printed, etched or embossed. There is a metal display plate that has a convex lens-shaped transparent synthetic resin molded body on its surface, giving it a transparent three-dimensional effect and a convex lens effect that allows the surface pattern to be seen magnified. The manufacturing method for this combined product involves pouring a viscous transparent synthetic resin onto a metal display plate, using its surface tension to maintain its convex lens shape, and curing it by heating to bond it to the metal display plate. It is something to dress up.

However, this method is primarily intended to utilize the viscosity of the synthetic resin to form convex lens forming tubes directly on the surface of the metal display plate, so it is unsuitable for relatively large metal display plates. There is a drawback that it is limited to metal display boards with a small specific shear surface area, that is, small pieces, and the viscosity of the resin is t1. t
1 All 'rI7 of metal display board! The work of applying the coating to cover the surface is troublesome and may not cover the entire surface or may even overflow to the edge of the board, which is particularly difficult when the end of the board is sharp.

Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to create the convex lens with a predetermined shape and height, and it is necessary to appropriately change the viscosity of the viscous resin in accordance with changes in the size and shape of the metal display plate. Furthermore, the resins that can be used in this method are limited to those that have a convex shape due to their surface tension and that just cover the entire surface of the metal display plate; resins with higher or lower flowability are This brings about inconveniences such as unusability.

In order to overcome the disadvantages tWk* of the manufacturing method of the above-mentioned combined product, temporarily,
Metal display of any size and shape inside the injection mold *
It is considered that the molten resin is cured by injection molding after setting t+m, but it is difficult and troublesome to fix the metal display board in the mold, and the heating of the injection molded resin molding is difficult. The shrinkage rate during curing is relatively large, which may cause warping of the molded body or cause the metal display plate attached to it to bend, resulting in a defective product, and furthermore, the injection mold into the mold. In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention is intended to provide an arbitrary method that does not have these disadvantages. It can be applied to metal display boards of various sizes and shapes, and not only the viscous synthetic resins mentioned above but also all fluid resins can be used. This method provides a method for manufacturing a combined product that can easily and well bond three-dimensional transparent synthetic resin moldings, in which a curable transparent synthetic resin is injected into a molding gourd with an open top and solidified to produce a metal display plate. A 1 meter transparent synthetic resin molded body having a pasting AT of the same shape and size as the molded body and the metal display plate is formed into a fitting recess that has the same shape as these and is just large enough to fit them together. A small amount of transparent adhesive wave tm is fitted and laminated in the fitting recess of the St-shaped jig, and applied between them.

! Ij includes resin paint Separately, prepare a metal oil tool (4) made as shown below. That is, the jig (4) is 0.02 to 0.0 mm larger than the diameter of the metal display plate (1). (It consists of a shoulder frame wall (4~) with a circular fitting hole t having an inner diameter of 16 m/m large diameter, and a movable bottom frame ml (4%) that closes the bottom pipe of the fitting hole, thus,
These frames 11 (410) align the metal display plate (1) with the upper mvr open and the resin molded body a) and automatically maintain them in a aligned stacked state on the bottom frame 11 (4k). - When dropping the metal display plate (1) into the circular fitting recess (5) that can be held within the area (4), i.e. into the recess (5); Since there is only a very small gap as mentioned above between the inner diameter of the jig (4), the jig (4) is slidably fitted into the peripheral frame wall (4-inner surface) and the recess ( 5) Cover the entire surface of the circular bottom and fix it horizontally. Next, attach a transparent adhesive wave (6) to the center of the surface of the metal display plate (1) so that the open surface of the recess (5) is fixed horizontally. Drop a small amount through the transparent @adhesive housing (6).
It is made of an organic or inorganic adhesive such as thermosetting, ultraviolet curable, electron beam curable or room temperature self-curing synthetic If', water glass, preferably of the same quality as the synthetic resin molded article (3). To use. Next, the convex lens-shaped transparent synthetic tree 11 molded body (3) is placed inside the pipe jig (4), and the diameter of the bottom surface (4&) of the 111t & shape (3) is 1. ), so there is only a gap of 0.02 to 0.06- or so between the inner diameter of the 11m tool (4) 1, so the circumferential frame of the electric wire 4 is fixed. wall (4
The metal display plate (1) is slidably fitted onto the female surface and correctly overlaps the upper surface of the metal display plate (1), so that a matched laminate of the two is automatically obtained. At this time, preferably, the molded body (3) is pressed against the metal display plate (1) by pressing with an appropriate pressing member from the upper surface of the tube. Thus, the adhesive liquid (6) interposed between them spreads over the entire surface in an extremely thin layer, and the air inside is discharged from the small gap on the outer periphery, resulting in a well-transparent product with no air bubbles between the two. A good adhesion can be obtained. The amount of adhesive to be dropped should be controlled to be as small as possible so that it overflows from between the laminates (1) and (3), and the adhesive (6) layer is formed so thin that it cannot be seen with the naked eye. is preferred.

As described above, according to the present invention, a gold mt-metal mold having an open upper surface and a molding concave portion having a desired depth and cross-sectional shape is prepared, and a predetermined amount of curable transparent synthetic resin is applied thereto. A three-dimensional transparent synthetic resin molded body with a predetermined shape and a bonding surface of the same shape and size as the metal display plate which has been poured and cured and has been previously shrunk is created, and this molded body and the metal display plate are bonded together. Since it is fitted into a jig consisting of a sliding fitting recess with an open top surface and an appropriate depth according to the shape of the Since the adhesive liquid is allowed to solidify, regardless of the size or shape of the metal display board, the top surface will have a bottom surface that conforms to the shape of the metal display panel and will be completely coated to the corners. Various products are obtained in which various transparent synthetic resin moldings in the shape of convex lenses and other desired three-dimensional shapes are combined according to the three-dimensional shape of the mold.1 A viscous synthetic resin is dropped onto a metal display surface to reduce its surface tension. All of the above-mentioned drawbacks associated with the conventional method of manufacturing convex lens-shaped molded objects using the method can be removed, and any transparent synthetic resin can be used as a raw material if it has fluidity). It is extremely simple and eliminates the above-mentioned inconveniences caused by injection molding, and it is possible to obtain a transparent synthetic resin molded product with good appearance and transparency without any traces of gates on the surface. There are effects such as there being no heat shrinkage of a transparent synthetic resin molded body such as a molded body, and therefore no cracking, and a good combined product without the accompanying curvature of the metal display plate.
