To solve this problem, it would be possible to improve the rigidity by adding reinforcing materials to the parts with low rigidity as mentioned above, but this would greatly increase the weight and is not desirable from the perspective of improving fuel efficiency. It becomes a thing. Therefore, the front side of the satsushion -a, where the bending load and torsion load are most likely to be applied due to the negative running pressure being sucked out to the outside of the vehicle.
The channel material is provided only in the area L extending from part of the front corner of the upper part b of the sash to provide reinforcement without a significant increase in overlap.

Then, the rear lower satchel is welded and fixed to this seat part, and the upper end S of the rear lower satchel is extended above the door waist part, and this extended part is connected to the inner and outer satush ends of the rear side of the satchel. By welding and fixing the rear lower sash across the sash, the mounting accuracy of the rear lower sash is directly reflected in the emboss molding accuracy of the mounting seat and the molding accuracy of the door sash. This is to prevent rattling when the door glass moves up and down.

By changing the shape of Aa and the general part of the sash, it is possible to install a glass run/7 with a long retaining lip a to be fitted to the inner periphery of the door sash above the door waist part W, and to hold the spot weld part as described above. It can be hidden by the lip /7a, and a general-purpose small glass run /I without a retaining lip can be used below the door waist portion W, thereby reducing the total glass run xi used.

Using this rear lower seat 14 as a reference, it is only necessary to adjust the position of the front lower seat (not shown), which is attached via a bracket in the same way as before, in the front and back direction, so that the vertical movement of the door glass G is properly maintained without any wobbling. It is possible to make J4 down guide money.

Because it is fitted into the open cross section of the sash and is in spot contact with the rear side of the sash, it is continuous with the rear side of the sash. In addition to increasing the f1 degree, there is no wobbling in the raising and lowering operation of the door glass G, and reliability and quality can be improved.

It is relatively easy to concentrate torsional load 1 bending load, but since the connecting base of the rear sash C is reinforced by the rear lower sash extension part /A a,
The torsional rigidity 9 bending rigidity of the part can be increased.

Therefore, when assembling the door glass, the front Since it is only necessary to adjust the position of the P wasash in the longitudinal direction, the adjustment work is very easy, and moreover, the door glass can be guided up and down as designed. In addition, since the upper end extension of the rear lower satsume is fitted into the open cross section of the rear side of the satsch and fixed by welding, the rear side of the satsch and the rear lower satush are continuous and there is no wobbling when the door glass goes up and down. It is possible to guide the sash up and down smoothly, and the presence of this extending portion can increase the rigidity of the molded base on the rear side of the sash. The rear lower sash is fixed by welding to the seat portion and the rear side of the sash, so it has high rigidity when rounded, and at the same time, it has a great practical effect in that it can also reinforce the end face of the door inner panel.
