Claims (1)
呈する作動電極と該電極から伸び基板の一側縁に集合的
に設けられた端子群と接続するリード部を形成してなる
エネルギーとじ込め型圧電共振子を、前記作動電極の振
動を阻害しないようセラミック等よりなる一対の絶縁覆
板により挟着してなるものにおいて、上記圧電基板の外
側面に接着剤、半田等の振動抑制材を固着したことを特
徴とする圧電濾波器。An energy trapping type in which actuating electrodes exhibiting thickness vertical or thickness shear vibration are formed on both sides of a piezoelectric ceramic substrate, and lead portions extending from the electrodes and connecting to a group of terminals collectively provided on one side edge of the substrate.
