Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄液を貯留するタンクと、タンク内の洗浄液を圧送す
    る洗浄液供給器と、洗浄液を噴射する複数のノズルと、
    圧送された洗浄液をズルに分配する分配器と、を含み、
    前記分配器は、ノズルに対応して設けられ洗浄液吸入排
    出口を有するシリンダと、各シリンダ内に介装されたス
    プリングと、スプリングの押圧力によりシリンダの洗浄
    液吸入口を閉塞し洗浄液の圧力によりスプリングの押圧
    力に抗してシリンダ内を移動する移動弁体と、少なくと
    も１つのシリンダに設けらた移動弁体の移動を所定位置
    に規定するストッパ部とから構成されていることを特徴
    とする洗浄装置。
