考案の傾斜磁械ヘッドの加工の過程を示す断面図、第４
図は積層部材の種類及び数が増えた場合の加工の過程を
示す断面図、第５図は回転対称形に部材を積層して、同
時に２個加工する方法を示す断面図である。 １・・・磁気ギャップの接合面、２・・・チップコア、
３・・・磁気シールド板、４．　４’・・・非磁性物質
、５・・・テープ摺動面、６・・・磁気シールド用ダミ
ーコア、７・・・積層面、８・・・積層面の傾斜方向、
９・・・磁気テープの走行方向。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 作動ギャップを有するチップコアと、該チップコアに接
    合され、かつコイルを有するボディコアと、上記チップ
    コアに積層され、上記作動ギャップを含む上記チップコ
    アの端部と共に磁気テープの摺動面を構成する積層部材
    とを備え、上記チップコアと該積層部材との積層面は、
    上記磁気テープの走行方向とは平行でしかも上記作動ギ
    ャップの近傍における磁気テープの摺動面に直交する面
    に対して傾斜している磁気ヘッドにおいて、上記積層部
    材が上記積層面の傾斜方向に各々均一な厚さであること
    を特徴とする磁気ヘッド。
