    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 交流電源に制御極付半導体開閉素子を介して接続される
    モータと、前記制御極付半導体開閉素子の制御極に接続
    され制御極へのトリガ印加を制御するスイッチング素子
    と、所定幅所定周期のパルスを出力する発振回路と、該
    発振回路の出力端と前記スイッチング素子の入力端との
    間に接続されるフォトトランジスタと、該フォトトラン
    ジスタの導通を制御するフォトトランジスタ制御回路と
    からなるモータの速度制御回路。
