置であって、上記マスクの透孔は任意数の被メツキ部位
全部を包括するスリット状に形成し、且つこの透孔を介
してノズルを対設し、更に被メツキ部位を収納する溝部
が穿設された押え板を該マスクに着脱自在に設けて成る
