れかつ高周波誘導コイル６により調節自在に発熱する加
熱内筒７と、加熱内筒７を所定位置に保持しかつ加熱内
筒７の外側に所定形体の実質的に気密な空間８を画定す
るよう設けられる金属製金型９とから構成され、加熱内
筒７および空間８にガス発生装置１２で発生された不活
性ガスのガス圧が調節自在に加圧することを特徴
