Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一面に金属導体によって形成された略Ｙ字形の伝送線路
    を、他面に金属導体被膜あるいは金属板によって形成さ
    れる接地導体を一体に備えたフェライト基板と、このフ
    ェライト基板の一面に、はぼＹ字形の伝送線路分岐中心
    と磁極面の中心とをはＳ′一致させて配置される一方の
    永久磁石と、このフェライト基板が磁気異極を帯磁出来
    るように他面に配置される他方の永久磁石とを固着して
    成るマイクロストリップラインサーキュレータにおいて
    、前記はｆＹ字形の伝送線路が金属蒸着膜と、この金属
    蒸着膜に固着積層された金属棒状体とから成るものであ
    ることを特徴とするマイクロストリップラインサーキュ
    レータ。
