  1. マイクロ波集積回路において、整合用スタブをマイクロ
    ストリップ主線路から切り離して形成し、該整合用スタ
    ブを負荷インピーダンスに応じたスイクロストリップ主
    線路の位置にポインディ〕／グ線又はポインディングリ
    ボンを用いて結線することにより上記整合用スタブと負
    荷との間の電気位相長を可変にしたことを特徴とする整
    合回路。
