The chemical liquid is applied from the chemical injection pipe 5 to the drum circumferential surface while passing it in a spiral pattern between the drums 2 and 3 for scouring and drying and the yarn feeding roll 4, which are placed approximately in the Y row, in a spiral manner. There is a continuous spinning machine for viscose rayon yarn that pours, scouring, and then dries on the circumference of a drum that is kept at an appropriate temperature. With this machine, it is easier to obtain a paan product that is more homogeneous than a cake. Although these drying drums have advantages, they are generally right cylindrical or have a slight taper angle throughout the drying section so that the surface diameter becomes gradually narrower, but both have drawbacks.
すなわち前者の場合、得られる糸の沸水収縮率が高い。That is, in the former case, the resulting yarn has a high boiling water shrinkage rate.

(mm) is expressed as L0-L/L0×100 (%). For example, if a yarn with a high shrinkage rate in boiling water is used as a yarn for textiles, the resulting fabric will shrink in the length direction and/or width direction. However, it is avoided in the industry because it is extremely difficult to obtain fabrics with the specified dimensions.Compared to the boiling water shrinkage rate of the cake obtained by the normal centr spinning method, which is 2 to 3%, the above-mentioned true cylindrical spinning method In the case of a drum like this, the yarn obtained had a shrinkage rate of more than 6%, and the desire was to obtain a yarn with boiling water shrinkage at least comparable to that of cake.

In the continuing portion and near the end, the running condition of the thread becomes unstable, causing it to wobble in the left and right directions with respect to the running direction, causing adjacent threads to touch and become entangled, resulting in more occurrences of fuzz and thread breakage.

直円筒状としたことを特徴とする。The object of the present invention is to provide a drum structure which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks and which can obtain a yarn with a high yield of less than 3% of the cake yarn obtained by the pot spinning method with a boiling water shrinkage rate. It is characterized in that the entrance side of the thread is shaped into a right cylindrical shape, followed by a tapered shape with its diameter gradually becoming thinner, and then further shaped into a right cylindrical shape.

It is preferable to do so.

It is necessary to make the rate of change in diameter, not the taper angle, the same, and it is well known that if this is lacking, the running yarn will become slack, which is undesirable.

走行糸条のふらつきも全くみられない。According to the drying drum of the present invention, the resulting yarn has a boiling water shrinkage rate of 3% or less, which is comparable to that of a cake, and the above-mentioned wandering of the running yarn is not observed at all.

It is thought that because the portion where a slight amount of turbulence occurs is shaped into a right cylinder, the running yarn does not walnut and the running condition of the yarn is good.
