尺における直尺の一部切欠正面図、第２図はＡ−Ａ線の
拡大縦断面図、第３図は要部の一部切欠拡大縦断面図で
ある。 イ・・・直尺、１・・・本体、２・・・目盛、３・・・
目盛表示部、４・・・記号、５．６・・・被膜層。
尺における直尺の一部切欠正面図、第２図はＡ−Ａ線の
拡大縦断面図、第３図は要部の一部切欠拡大縦断面図で
ある。 イ・・・直尺、１・・・本体、２・・・目盛、３・・・
目盛表示部、４・・・記号、５．６・・・被膜層。
Claims (1)
- 金属製殊にアルミニウム製又はステンレス製の゛ 直尺
及び曲尺において、これら直尺及び曲尺本体の目盛表示
部にマスキング材を使用して所定の着色で目盛及び記号
付けを施した後、全体を所定温度を以て一定時間焼付け
し、目盛及び記号を除いた本体の表面には所定着色のメ
ッキ皮膜層を形成すると同時に、目盛及び記号には上記
本体表面に施したメッキ皮膜層とは異った所定着色の皮
膜層を上記皮膜層と同一厚さで、アルマ−イト着色加工
によって形成したことを特徴とする目盛損耗防止皮膜を
施した直尺及び曲尺。
