Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、あらかじめ工場で屋根パネルに軒樋支持金具
を取付けた軒樋支持金具付屋根パネルに関するものであ
る。
従来は工場で家屋の軒先に軒先支持金具を取付けて施工
していたので、高所における作業に手間がかかり、また
危険であった。
本発明は上記の点に鑑みて発明したものであって、その
目的とするところは、建築現場で軒樋支持金具を取付け
る作業を必要とせず、しかもあらかじめ工場で屋根パネ
ルに軒樋支持金具を取付けたものでありながら軒樋受部
を回動して屋根パネル内に収納でき、梱包や輸送が楽な
軒樋支持金具付屋根パネルを提供するにある。
以下本発明の詳細な説明する。
本発明は軒樋１を嵌合取着し得る略Ｕ字状の軒樋受部２
の一側端より、側方に連出した連出片７の端辺と細長平
行四辺形状の取付板３の長手方向の端辺とを対向させる
と共に取付板３の長手方向の端辺と平行な線を折曲げ線
として上記端辺同志を回動自在に蝶着し、屋根パネル５
の垂木６の側面に垂木６の長手方向と取付板３の長手方
向とが平行になるように配置すると共に上記蝶着部を垂
木６の軒先端面近傍に位置させて取付板を垂木の軒先端
部に固着して成ることを特徴とする軒樋支持金具付屋根
パネルに係るものである。
次に図面に示した実施例によりさらに具体的に詳述する
。
軒樋支持金具Ａは第１図に示すようにＵ字状の軒樋受部
２の連出片７の端辺と細長平行四辺形状の取付板３の長
手方向の端辺とをこの端辺と平行な線を折曲げ線として
蝶着して形成され、取付板３には適数個の釘孔４を穿孔
しである。
この軒樋支持金具Ａの取付板３を工場で屋根パネル５の
垂木６に固着して軒樋支持金具付屋根パネルが工場で製
作される。
この取付板３を取付けるに当っては垂木６の長手方向と
取付板３の長手方向とを平行にして垂木６の側面に取付
板３を配置すると共に垂木６の端面近傍に蝶着部を位置
させて釘孔４から釘を打つ。
しかして上記のように軒樋支持金具Ａを取付けた軒樋支
持金具付屋根パネルは屋根パネル５内に軒樋支持金具Ａ
の軒樋受部２を収納して梱包し、輸送するものである。
本発明にあっては、叙述のように構成したので、建築現
場で軒樋支持金具を取付ける作業を必要とせず、しかも
あらかじめ工場で屋根パネルに軒樋支持金具を取付けた
ものでありなから軒樋受部を回動して屋根パネル内に収
納でき、梱包や輸送が楽にできるものであり、また施工
後に雪国等で軒樋１を外す場合は軒樋１を外して軒下に
収納できるものである。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本発明に用いる軒樋支持金具の一実施例の側面
図、第２図は本発明の斜視図であって、１に軒樋、２は
軒樋受部、３に取付板、４は釘孔、５は屋根パネル、６
は垂木である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 軒樋を嵌合取着し得る略Ｕ字状の軒樋受部の一側端
    より側方に連出した連出片の端辺と細長平行四辺形の取
    付板の長手方向の端辺とを対向させると共に取付板の長
    手方向の端辺と平行な線を折曲げ線として上記端辺同志
    を回動自在に蝶着し、屋根パネルの垂木の側面に垂木の
    長手方向と取付板の長手方向とが平行になるように配置
    すると共に上記蝶着部を垂木の軒先端面近傍に位置させ
    て取付板を垂木の軒先部に固着して成ることを特徴とす
    る軒樋支持金具付屋根パネル。
