レバーホルダーに於いて、レバー５の回動支点を中心と
した円弧上に鋸歯形の爪６を設けると共に、この爪６と
対応する突起１９を備えたロックパー１７を圧縮バネ１
８により前記支点に向けて付勢させてレバーホルダーの
ボデー１内に摺動可能に設け、一方、上部に操作ノブ１
５を備えたシリンダー錠７と前記ロックパー１７とを係
合させ、シリンダー錠７の回動により、レバーを操作し
た際前記ロックパー１７の突起１９がレバーの爪６に噛
み合うように構成してなる操作ノブとキーによるレバー
