    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 還元、不活性ガス及び真空雰囲気中の高温度で粉末冶金
    法による焼結する金属圧粉成形体の焼成の際に使用され
    る敷板用治具で、難溶性金属からなるワイヤーが１０〜
    ３０メツシユの網状に形成されていることを特徴とする
    焼成用治具。
