Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プランジャの操作位置で作動シリンダの一方の室を流体
    源に通じさせると同時に作動シリンダの他方の室をドレ
    ン路に通じさせて作動シリンダを伸縮動作させ、プラン
    ジャの中立位置で作動シリンダの画室を流体源及びドレ
    ン路から遮断してこれら両室内の封じ込め流体により作
    動シリンダの伸縮動作を停止させることによって、物体
    の位置決めを行なう位置決め制御弁において、作動シリ
    ンダの動作停止時前記物体の慣性力で該作動シリンダの
    室内に生ずる流体圧を逃がし、そのための逃し通路をそ
    の後遮断する手段を前記プランジャ内に設けたことを特
    徴とする位置決め制御弁。
