    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイオード、サイリスタおよびトライアックなどの半導
    体素子を被試験素子として該被試験素子に試験用電流を
    供する電源回路と、該被試験素子の導通時に電圧−電流
    特性を検出する検出回路と、検出タイミングを決めるタ
    イミング回路と、検出信号を判定する判定回路と、判定
    結果の合否を決定する表示回路とを含んで構成されるこ
    とを特徴とする半導体試験装置。
