  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　紙の両面に独立気泡のエチレン系樹脂発泡シートが
    積層された複合シートに、該複合シートの表面から裏面
    に貫通する多数の孔が設けられてなるカーペット用下地
    材。 ２　孔の径が１　、５厘以下である実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のカーペット用下地材。 ３　孔が複合シートＩＣ！を当り９個以下設けられたも
    のである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載
    のカーペット用下地材。　　−４発泡シートの平均気泡
    径が０．１５ｍｍ以上である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項、第２項又は第３項記載のカーペット用下地材。 ５−　発泡シートの見掛は密度が０．０２〜０．０５ｆ
