図の■−■線矢視断面図、第３図はコレットの単体斜視
図である。 図中、符号１は固定ベース、４ははす歯ラック、５は第
１ピストン、１１は第２ピストン、２０は可動スリーブ
、３０は往復シャフト、３５はコレット、３５ａ、３５
ｂ、３５ｃは係合面、３６は工作物、３７は位置決めピ
ン、３８は加工ヘッド、３９はクランプレバ−である。
図の■−■線矢視断面図、第３図はコレットの単体斜視
図である。 図中、符号１は固定ベース、４ははす歯ラック、５は第
１ピストン、１１は第２ピストン、２０は可動スリーブ
、３０は往復シャフト、３５はコレット、３５ａ、３５
ｂ、３５ｃは係合面、３６は工作物、３７は位置決めピ
ン、３８は加工ヘッド、３９はクランプレバ−である。
Claims (1)
- 固定ベース内で上下方向に往復動しうる操作ロッド、該
操作ロッドに固定され内部にテニパ面が形成され外径の
異なる複数の係合面を軸方向に単位量ずらして形成した
コレット、前記操作ロッドと同心的に配設され前記〒−
パ面と係合しうるテーパ部が形成された可動スリーブ、
該可動スリーブを前記単位量ずつ軸方向移動させ複数位
置に位置決めするシフト装置、前記可動スリーブに対し
前記操作ロッドを軸方向に移動させる動力駆動装置、以
上の要素から成ることを特徴とする工作物の位置決め装
置。。
