  1. 酸化亜鉛バリタス素体などの両面に電極を設けて形成さ
    れる電圧依存性非直線抵抗素子の一方の電極上に誘電体
    層を設け、この誘電体層上に電極を介して抵抗層を設け
    、この抵抗層上に電極を設け、上記電圧依存性非直線抵
    抗素子の両電極と抵抗層上の電極にリード線を接続して
    なるサージ・ノイズ吸収器。
