    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の入力端を接地し第２の入力端を抵抗を介して電源
    に接続した演算増幅器と、上記抵抗と時定数回路を形成
    するように上記演算増幅器の第２の入力端と出力端に接
    続したコンデンサと、このコンデンサと並列にアノード
    が上記演算増幅器の第２の入力端側にカソードが出力端
    側になるように接続したＮゲートサイリスタと、このＮ
    ゲートサイリスタのゲートに接続した基準電圧供給源と
    からなる波形発生装置。
