本発明は、鋼板にノズルを取付ける方法に関するもので

上にクランプによって固定し、前記鋼板の開口周辺と定
盤の開口端部とを開口全周に亘り複数の鋼片を介して固
着一体化した後、鋼板開口に所定のノズルを溶接するこ
とを特徴とする鋼板にノズルを取付ける方法を提供せん

本発明の詳細な説明すると、ノズル1を取付けるための

形鋼等を適当に切断して形成したものである。その後鋼
板3の開口2に所定のノズル1を溶接により取付けるが

板3を上にしてノズルを仮付けし、再開裏返して溶接し

鋼板3から取外し、必要ならばグラインダにより鋼板3
に残った鋼片取付は跡を仕上げる。なお図中の9は定盤
5と鋼板3との間に介在させたシートであって定盤5に
付いているさびその他の汚れが鋼板3に付着するのを防

ズル取付けの際に従来鋼板に発生していた歪みを完全に
防止することが可能なので、ベッセルまたは貯槽の品質
向上および歪み除去作業不要による能率向上を図り得る
極めて優れた鋼板にノズルを取付ける方法を提供するこ
