  1. 被加熱物に対する所定の近接位置に対設されかつ常時こ
    の被加熱物の表面からの離反方向に変位するように付勢
    されたその加熱用ヒータの係止爪を、上記被加熱物の表
    面温度の所定上昇値で、゛上゛　　配係止爪の係止釈放
    方向に変位する感温体に係脱自在に係合させたことを特
    徴とする調理器。
