Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）天井材本体と、長手方向に延びる合板の外側面に
    化粧単板を貼着したものでその下端面を前記天井材本体
    の裏面側端縁に沿って接合した裏桟と、この裏桟の外側
    面に長手方向に切削形成した目透板嵌合溝とを備えた天
    井材。
  2. （２）前記合板は、前記天井材本体の下面に平行な方向
    を積層方向とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記
    載の天井材。
  3. （３）前記裏桟は、角材状合板の外側面に染色単板を介
    し化粧単板を貼着してその角材状合板の内側面下端近傍
    から化粧単板の下端にかけ斜め切断してテーパ状下端面
    を形成したものであり、前記軒天弁材本体は、板状体を
    その裏面側端縁近傍から表面側端縁にかけ斜め切断して
    テーパ状側端面を形成したものであって、裏桟のテーパ
    状下端面を天井材本体のテーパ状側端面に接合した実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の天井材。
  4. （４）前記裏桟は、合板の一面に化粧単板を貼着して化
    粧単板側から複数本の目透板嵌合溝を所定間隔で平行に
    切削形成し、その化粧板付合板を目透板嵌合溝間でその
    嵌合溝に平行に等ピッチで切断して化粧単板を外側面と
    する裏桟原材を形成し、その裏桟原材をその内側面下端
    近傍から外側面下端にかけ斜め切断してテーパ状下端面
    を形成したものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第（３）
    項記載の天井材。
