Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車のワイパ、と（にワイパアームが入れ子
式に構成され、清掃運動の間に作用するクランク伝動装
置によって作用長が変ることができ、ワイパアームの下
方類−が、伸び山王ことができる上方領域の案内となる
、自動車のワイパ、とくに単一アームワイパに関する。
このようなワイパ装置はドイツ公開公報第２３　６４　
４２７号から公知である。この公知の装置の欠点は駆動
装置が大きくて囲いまたはパッケージが困難なことであ
り、したがってまた汚れその他によって作動が妨害され
たり互いに運動している駆動部に人間が触れる危険性が
あることである。
したがって本発明の目的は、小型（コンパクト）でパッ
ケージが容易で作動が確実に行なわれ、たとえば整備作
業その他のとぎ人体の危険が絶対にないワイパの駆動装
置を得ることである。
この目的は、ワイパアームが入れ子穴に構成され、清掃
運動の間に作用するクランク伝動装置によって作用長が
変ることができ、ワイパアームの下方領域が、伸び山王
ことができる上方領域の案内となる。自動車のワイパ、
とくに単一アームワイパのとき１本発明によれば、ワイ
パアームの下方、領域は、ワイパ駆動装置によって駆動
される、クランク伝動装置を駆動する歯車装置のハウジ
ングとして構成し、ワイパアームとクランク伝動装置と
は共通の回転軸を持つように構成することによって達成
される。
と（に小型、の構成が可能な本発明の好ましい実施例に
よれば、歯車装置は２つの互いにか入合ったピニオンを
持つ内歯車装置として構成される。
このばあい歯車装置は、内歯車ｔ）・ウジングとして構
成したワイパアームの下方領域と回転しないように結合
し、同じ回転軸に同心に設け、内歯車とか入合った第１
ピニオンな自動車に取り付けた軸に回転するように設け
、第１ピニオンとか入合った、クランク伝動装置を駆動
する第２ビニオンをワイパアームの駆動軸に回転するよ
うに設けるのが好ましい。
以下に本発明を、図に示した実施例によって詳述する。
第１図は左（自動車の乗員から見て）端位置とさらに他
の２つの位置のワイパアーム１を示す。
図示しない方法でワイパブレード２を取り付けたワイパ
アーム１は以下に詳述する歯車装置のハウジング７とし
ても、また同時にワイパブレード２を取り付けた上方領
域４０案内としても作用する下方領域３を含んでいる。
ワイパアーム１の領域３．４はペロー５で互いに連結し
である。下方領域３は自動車に支持された軸６に取り付
け、好ましくは図示しないモータで左右に回転振動させ
る。
ハウジングの内部には歯車装置があって、２つの連接環
または押し捧８．９でできたクランク伝動装置によって
ワイパアーム１の作用長の変化を制御する。これは以下
のように構成する。
ハウジング７内には内歯車１０があって、その幅線は軸
６の中心軸線と一致する。内歯車１０とそれによって駆
動される第１ピニオン１１とがか入合っている。ピニオ
ン１１は自動車に取り付けた軸に回転可能に取り付けで
ある。第１ピニオン１１によって、クランク伝動装置の
押しｎ８を取り付けである軸６に回転可能に設けた第２
ビニオン１２を駆動する。押し俸８は押し１１９の一端
に関節接続する。押し捧９の他端はワイパアーム１の領
域４に関節接続する。後者の関節接続点は回転中は鎖線
１３で示す経路を進む。クランク伝動装置の回転方向と
ワイパアーム１の回転方向とは矢印１４．１５で示すよ
うに互いに逆向きである。
このよ５にしてワイパアームは回転中に３つの最小長さ
と２つの最大長さを走り抜け、清掃すべき窓ガラスの最
適のふき取り領域を得る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 （１１ワイパアームが入れ子式に構成され、清掃運動の
    間に作用するクランク伝動装置によって作。 用長が変ることができ、ワイパアームの下方領域が、伸
    び出すことのでさる上方領域の案内となる、自動車のワ
    イパ、とくに単一アームワイパであって、ワイパアーム
    （１）の下方領域（３）は、ワイパ駆動装置によって駆
    動される、クランク伝動装置（８，９）？駆動する歯車
    装置のハウジング（７）として構成し、ワイパアーム（
    １）とクランク伝動装置（８，９）とは共通の回転軸を
    持つように構成したことを特徴とするワイパ。 （２）歯車装置は２つの互いにかみ合ったピニオン（１
    １，１２）を持つ内歯車として構成したことを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲Ｉｔｇｉ項のワイノ（。 （３）　内ｍ車＜　１０　）はノ・クランク（７）とし
    て構成したワイパアーム（１）の下方領域（３）と回転
    しないように結合し、同じ回転軸に同心に設け、内歯車
    （１０）とか入合った第１ピニオン（１１）は自動車に
    取り付けた軸に回転するように設げ、第１ビニオンとか
    入合った、クランク伝動Ｗ［１ｉ（８，９）ｖ駆動する
    第２ピニオン（１２）をワイパアーム（１）の駆動軸（
    ６）に回転するように設けたことを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第２項のワイパ。 （４）　　ワイパアームは各清掃動作の間に３つの最小
    長さと２つの最大長さとを経過することを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第１−３項のいずれかのワイパ。
