Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波伝播体とした吸水性樹脂薄板もしくはフィルム、
    この吸水性樹脂薄板もしくはフィルムに接着剤を介して
    配設され弾性波を励起する励起用の圧電素子、この励起
    用の圧電素子と所定の間隔をもって上記吸水性樹脂薄板
    もしくはフィルムに接着剤を介して配設されこの吸水性
    樹脂薄板もしくはフィルム内の超音波減衰能が水分の吸
    着、吸収による変化にともなう弾性波の強度変化を電気
    的出力に変換して湿度検知を行う検出用の圧電素子、上
    記吸水性樹脂薄板もしくはフィルムから上記弾性波の伝
    播方向と垂直の向きに一部突出された励起用の圧電素子
    および検出用の圧電素子のリード線接合部を備えてなる
    湿度検知素子。
