    触させ回路パターンの不良を検出するチェッカにおいて
    、上記チェッカピンの先端に導電性弾性部材を装着した
    ことを特徴とするプリント配線基板用チェッカ。
  2. （２）導電性弾性部材は導電性プラスチックを用いたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のプ
    リント配線基板用チェッカ。
  3. （３）　　導電性弾性部材の接触部を平面状に形成した
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第
    ２項記載のプリント配線基板用チェッカ。
