    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）丸鋼の通過路に、カッタを丸鋼の軸線方向の中心
    軸を中心として回動自在に設け、カッタを回動自在に保
    持したカッタ保持フレームを丸鋼通過路の２個のローラ
    間でパリ取り位置と丸鋼の通過の邪魔にならない位置間
    で移動自在に設けた丸鋼の切断パリ除去装置。
  2. （２）カッタの刃面をカッタの回動軸に対して斜めにし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の丸鋼の切断パリ
    除去装置。
