    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多孔性高分子人工皮革もしくは高分子フェルト状の平面
    研摩用ポリシ゛ヤの表面に、任意の多数の切込みを形成
    して、ポリシャを構成する繊維を分断し、当該ポリシャ
    を使用することによって固体基板表面を基板加工面内を
    均等圧力分布で平面鏡面研摩することを特徴とする平面
    鏡面加工用ポリシャ。
