Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電磁弁１８を備えた排気管１３が接続され、かつ内底部
    が水溜めとして利用される本体１ａの頂部に設けた開口
    に、気密封塞し得る開閉可能な上蓋１ｂを有する耐圧容
    器１、該耐圧容器１の内壁層に均散的に添設せし７めて
    、容器内を均一に加熱可能となした第１電気ヒータ３、
    前記耐圧容器１の内壁に着脱可能に取着したフレーノ〉
    −容器５、−該フレーバ容器５に熱交換的に添設した第
    ２電気ヒータ４、頂部および底部が開口する筒体の壁部
    に適宜数の小穴１０・・・を分散して有し、頂部周縁に
    設けた鍔７および底部周縁が前記耐圧容器１の内壁上部
    および内底部に夫々当接することにより、第１電気ヒー
    タ３、フレーバ容器５お−よび第２電気ヒータ４を介在
    した空間が前記耐圧容器１の内壁との間に形成される如
    く、該容器１内に挿脱可能に定置せしめる内部缶体２、
    前記耐圧容器１内の温度あるいは圧力を検知して器内を
    １００°Ｃ乃至３００°Ｃの範囲の所望温度に維持する
    べく、前記第１ヒータ３の加熱量制御を行わせる温度調
    節手段、前記耐圧容器１内の圧力を検知して器内を大無
    圧よりも高い所定圧力に維持するべく、前記電磁弁１８
    の開閉制御を行わせる圧力調節手段からなることを特徴
    とする圧力式加熱調理装置。
