Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は同軸ケーブルの中心導体と外部導体との間に存
在する絶縁体の除去力法に関する。

ポリエチレン等の絶縁体が外部導体内面に密接している
ような同軸ケーブルに於て、かかる絶縁体を除去する工
具として第１図に示すような構成の工具が本願出願人に
よって既に出願されている。

この工具は円筒体１の先端部２近傍の内側面に刃状突起
３が設けられているものであり、円筒体１を同軸ケーブ
ルの絶縁体と外部導体の間に回転挿入しながら刃状突起
３によって前記絶縁体を除去することができる。

円筒体１の材質は強度的な画から金属が用いられる。

与え、同軸ケーブルの電気的特性に悪影響を及ぼす恐れ

本発明は以上に鑑みてなされたもので、同軸ケーブルの

保護フイルム７のケーブル長手力向への挿入長は円筒体
１の挿入長とほぼ等しくすることが望ましい。

また保護フイルム７は第３図に示すように縦横の目盛８

の内面を完全に覆っているかどうか確かめ易くなり、除
去作業が簡略化される。

以上説明したように本発明によれば同軸ケーブルの絶縁
体を除去する際、外部導体内面に損傷を与えることがな
くなり、同軸ケーブルの電気的特性を低下させない同軸
ケーブルの絶縁体除去方法が得られる。

Claims (1)
- １ 同軸ケーブルの外部導体と絶縁体との間の円周面に
保護フイルムを挿入し、前記保護フイルムと絶縁体との
間に前記絶縁体を除去するための刃状突起を内側面に有
する円筒体を回転しながら前記絶縁体を除去することを
特徴とする同軸ケーブルの絶縁体除去力法。
