してフリーホイールに蓄えられた回転エネルギーをフラ
イホイールに伝達することによりエンジンを再始動する

ライホイールとの離接状態を検出する検出手段と、この
検出手段からの信号に応じて前記エンジン停止手段の作
動を停止させる制御回路と、を備えたことを特徴とする
