    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駆動機によって操作され管路の開口面積を可変させる可
    動オリフィス板と、この可動オリフィス板の前後の圧力
    差を検出する差圧検出器と、前記圧力差が予め設定した
    所定値以上になるように前記駆動機を制御する制御装置
    とを具え、前記管路の開口面積および圧力差に基づいて
    流量を計測する流量計測装置。
