    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長手及び周方向に分布する多数の細孔を周壁に穿設して
    なり一端より固気混相流体を吸引しこれを他端に連通ず
    る計測器に供給する固気混相流体のサンプリング管と、
    該サンプリング管の長手方向周囲に環状に設けられ圧力
    調節器を介して清浄な希釈ガスを細孔を介してサンプリ
    ング管に供給する分配器とからなることを特徴とする固
    気混相流体のサンプリング装置。
