Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 用紙を給紙する給紙部と、この給紙部から給紙されてく
    る用紙と顕像が形成された像担持体との同期合せを行な
    うためのレジストローラと、像担持体に形成された顕像
    を転写した用紙、を外部に排出する排紙部とを有する画
    像形成装置において、前記給紙部に第１の用紙検出′手
    段を設け、前記排紙部に第２の用紙検出手段を設け、更
    に前記レジストローラの近傍に第３の用紙検出手段を設
    け、各用紙検出手段よりの出力を処理して紙づまり状態
    を検出することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
