Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）筒状部の先端部内径にスプラインを形成したスプ
    ラインフランジと、スプライン軸部を有するスタブヨー
    クとをスプライン嵌合したスプライン軸継手において、
    基部をスタブヨークの基′　　部に固定してスプライン
    フランジの外周に摺動可能に嵌合させたカバーを設け、
    スプラインフランジの先端にカバーの内径に摺接するバ
    ッキングを設けると共に、スタブヨークの先端にスプラ
    インフランジの内底円筒部内径面に摺接するバッキング
    を設けて、カバーの内径部とスプラインフランジの内径
    部とに、前記各バッキングで密封されスプライン嵌合部
    を介して連通ずる密閉空間を形成し、さらにスプライン
    軸部に中心孔を設けて、カバー内径部の密封空間と中心
    孔のスプライン軸基部側の内底部とを連通させる通路と
    、スプラインフランジ内径部の密封空間と中心孔のスプ
    ライン軸先端側とを連通させる通路をスタブヨークに設
    け、スプライン軸部先端のバッキング部を油封的に貫挿
    して基部をスプラインフランジに連結したロッド先端の
    ピストン部を前記中心孔に摺動可能に嵌合して、該ピス
    トン部に、該ピストン部で仕切られた中心孔の空間部を
    連通させる小孔を設け、前記各空間部に潤滑剤を封入し
    たスプライン軸継手の潤滑装置。
  2. （２）ピストン部の小孔をオリフィスとした実用新案登
    録請求の範囲（１）記載のスプライン軸継手の潤滑装置
    。
  3. （３）　　スプライン軸の中心孔にスリーブを嵌着し、
    ピストン部外周に固設のバッキングをスリーブ内径面に
    摺接させた実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）又は（２）記
    載のスプライン軸継手の潤滑装置。
  4. （４）スプラインフランジ端部に固設のフランジとピス
    トン部のロッド基部とを揺動可能に連結した実用新案登
    録請求の範囲（１）から（３）までのいずれか１つに記
    載のスプライン軸継手の潤滑装置。
