    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数枚のプリント基板を収納配置してなる電子機器の冷
    却装置にして、前記プリント基板に取付けられた半導体
    素子の表面と前記プリント基板の裏面側とにそれぞれ集
    熱板を良熱伝導性弾性部材を介して接合して設け、前記
    画集熱板をヒートパイプを介して熱交換器にそれぞれ伝
    熱接続して構成したことを特徴とする電子機器の冷却装
    置。
