Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端にそれぞれ片端封じ切り金属パイプを接続して密閉
    した絶縁パイプ内に加熱されると気化し、冷却されると
    凝縮して液化する絶縁性熱媒体を封入し、前記２つの金
    属パイプのうちの一方の金属パイプを内側と外側に温度
    差が生ずると熱電効果により熱起電力を発生する熱電部
    材で構成し、他方の金属パイプの外周に加熱手段を設け
    、該加熱手段により前記絶縁性熱媒体に与えた熱エネル
    ギーを前記熱電部材により熱起電力に変換して高電圧部
    に供給するようにした構成としたことを特徴とする高電
    圧部用電源装置。
