    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　被温度検知物からのシールを目的とした形状
    を有する金属の、前記被温度検知物と接触しな゛　　　
    　い側へ絶縁被膜を施し、前記絶縁被膜の上に温度検知
    体を蒸着し、電極を設けた金属シール型温度センサ。
  2. （２）金属の形状を、温度検知体の蒸着部分とその他の
    部分とに分け、その間を被温度検知物が通過出来ないよ
    うに結合した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の金
    属シール型温度センサ。
