Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電源の後段に接続された定電圧発生回路を有するＸ
    線管フィラメント加熱装置において、前記定電圧発生回
    路の後段に常時その両端が短絡された電力制限部材を接
    続し、この定電圧発生回路と電力制限部材との間に定電
    圧発生回路の出力電圧を検出する検出器を接続し、その
    検出器が動作したとき前記電力制限部材をＸ線管フィラ
    メント加熱回路に挿入する手段を備えたことを特徴とす
    るＸ線管フィラメント加熱装置。
