はゲート端子、５．６はマイクロストリップ線路、７は
誘電体共振器、８〜１１は１ｆＵｔバイアス回路、１２
はキャパシタンス、１３．１４は直流バイアス印加端子
、１５は負荷である。なお、図中の同一あるいは相当部
分には同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＦＥＴのドレイン端子を接地したＦＥＴ発振器において
    、線路内波長の約＋の整数倍の線路長を有する開放マイ
    クロストリップ線路をＦＥＴのゲート端子に接続し、か
    つ上記マイクロストリップ線路の開放端から線路内波長
    の約＋の奇数倍位置に誘電体共振器を設けたことを特徴
    とするＦＥＴ発振器。
