Claims (1)
- ゲートパルスを発生する論理回路と、この回路の出力に
混入されるノイズを除去する回路と、このノイズ除去回
路の出力が与えられ、通常は回路が閉成状態にあり、半
導体素子のゲートをしゃ断させるパルスを与えるときに
回路が開放状態となるゲートしゃ断回路と、このゲート
しゃ断回路の出力により動作され、出力に常に半導体素
子のオン（オフ）タイムを補償した出力を送出する最小
オン（オフ）タイム補償回路とを備えたことを特徴とす
るパルス幅最小補償回路。
