    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検体と、被検体に対して所定の立体角のＸ線扇状ビー
    ムを照射するＸ線発生部と、入射Ｘ線量に比例した大き
    さの電気信号を送出する複数の検出器が被検体を中心と
    してＸ線発生部と放射状に対向するようにそれぞれ異な
    る配列密度で配列された複数の検出器列とからなり、求
    める分解能に応じてこれら検出器列を切換駆動するよう
    にしたことを特徴とするＸ線装置。
