Claims (1)
焼炉で熱せられた熱風ガスを鋼板に当て、そこからの溶
剤ガスを含む排ガスを前記燃焼ガス炉に導入して燃焼し
、そこで発生する熱風を再び焼付炉に送って循環再使用
するようにした塗装焼付炉が設けられ、該塗装焼付炉の
鋼板入口側端部に鋼板が通過する鋼板予熱室が設けられ
、該予熱協内には鋼板に向って温風を吹き出す温風吹出
し装置が設けられ、前記予熱室の外側には該予熱室の空
気を循環ファンで外側へ吸引し、前記温風吹出し装置に
導く鋼板予熱用熱風循環装置が設けられ、該循環装置に
より生じる熱風循環路の途中に循環空気を加熱する燃焼
バーナが設けられ、前記温風吹出し装置と鋼板とで囲ま
れる範囲で、前記塗装焼付炉の入口に接近して、前記予
熱室の側壁に設けられた排気出口から前記燃焼炉へ、前
記温風吹出し装置から吹出したガスの一部を送る排気装
置とが設けられたことを特徴とする塗装鋼板の焼付装置
