向の相対向側に、タイヤ下座金の両端部を嵌合させる嵌
合支持部を形成して、該タイヤ下座金を回転円筒体に固
定させないで上記嵌合支持部に嵌合支持させ、且つ該嵌
合支持部とタイヤ下座金との間に隙間を形成させたこと
