  1. 回転部と静止部とから成る蒸気タービンに於いて、当該
    回転部と静止部との間に取付けたグランドラビリンス、
    ノズルラビリンス、チップフィン等の軸封部に於ける回
    転部と静止部との間の空間と当該空間の外周に設けた空
    間とを貫通孔を介して連通せしめたことを特徴とする蒸
    気タービンロータの安定化装置。
