Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受圧板ばねの周縁部を、貫通孔の穿設された第１及び第
    ２のハウジングの間に挾み込み、これらの受圧板ばねと
    第１及び第２のハウジングとを互いに固定し、前記第１
    及び第２のハウジングの内部に前記受圧板ばねの変位を
    検出するための変位検出機構を設け、前記第１のハウジ
    ングと第２のハウジングとの接合部を覆って環状バンド
    を配設すると共にこの環状バンドを前記第１及び第２の
    ハウジングに固定し、前記環状バンドの外周面に環状の
    支持板ばねを連設し、貫通孔の穿設された第３及び第４
    のハウジングを、前記第１及び第２のハウジングの外面
    から所定距離離間してこれら第１及び第２のハウジング
    を覆うように配設し、前記第３のハウジングと第４のハ
    ウジングとの間に前記支持板ばねの周縁部を挾み込んで
    これら第３及び第４のハウジングと支持板ばねとを互い
    に固定し、前記第３及び第４のハウジングの各外側面に
    、それぞれ前記貫通孔を塞ぐようにダイアフラムを固定
    してなる差圧検出器。
