図はこの考案の探触子保持機構の実施例の断面図である
。 図において、１は被検材、２は探触子、３はホルダ、４
ａ、４ｂはシュー、５はボルト、６はシャフト、７ａ、
７ｂはネジ部、８は止め輪、９は接触媒質である。なお
図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示しで
ある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パイプ、丸棒などの円筒形または円形状の被検材を探傷
    する超音波探傷装置に使用される探触子保持機構におい
    て、探触子を保持するホルダと、上記ホルダに結合され
    ２個のネジ部を有するシャフトと、上記シャフトのネジ
    部とかん合し被検材に接する斜面部を有する２個のシュ
    ーとで構成さ、　　れ、上記シャフトを回転させて、シ
    ャフトのネジ部で２個のシューを移動させ、２個のシュ
    ーの相対した斜面の間隔を拡縮することにより、被検材
    の外径が変化しても、探触子と被検材表面との距離を常
    に最適な所定寸法にして探傷を行なうようになし、被検
    材の外径変化に対してシューの交換を不要にしたことを
    特徴とする探触子保持機構。
