    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電力用しゃ断器、断路器、母線導体、避雷器、接地開閉
    器、計器用変成器等を一括ＳＦ６ガス容器内に封入した
    ガス絶縁開閉装置に於て、前記ＳＦ６ガス容器に接続さ
    れるガス圧力開閉器、電磁弁および高圧ガスタンクから
    なるガス補給装置を備え、ガス漏れに対して高圧ガスタ
    ンク内のガスを前記ＳＦ６ガス容器内に補給するように
    構成したことを特徴とする、ガス絶縁開閉装置のガス補
    給装置。
