Claims (1)
ット溶接機の電極の溶着状態を検出するようにしたスポ
ット溶接電極の溶着検出装置において、支持電極と、該
支持電極に対向して配設されシリンダ装置により移動さ
れる移動電極とを有するスポット溶接ガンを、基台に上
記移動電極に移動方向と同方向に移動可能に支持し、該
スポット溶接ガンを支持電極が被溶接物と接する溶接位
置に至らしめるよ・うに常時移動電極の後退方向に付勢
する弾性部材を設ける一方、正常時上記移動電極の後退
と同期してかつ上記弾性部材の付勢力に抗して上記スポ
ット溶接ガンを支持電極が被溶接物から離れた状態の退
避位置に移動可能とするシリンダ装置を設け、さらに溶
接完了後の上記スポット溶接ガンの追慕位置および移動
電極の後退位置をそれぞれ検出して、溶接ガンまたは移
動電極が退避位置または後退位置に復帰しない場合に各
々溶着信号を発生する位置検出装置を設けたことを特徴
